On accessibility, budget, and timing

We chose Hugh primarily because of his accessibility. Whenever we called him, whenever we need him, he was always available for us.

We were very specific about what we wanted to invest in our home and we were able to finish the home not only under budget but ahead of schedule by a couple of months. Hugh got us in here by Christmas which we were not expecting to do but it all worked out really well for us.

We love the openness of the house. I have three small children and I can be in the kitchen . I can be cooking dinner and have one at the computer, one watching television. I just flows very nicely. We have a very open home and it just works for us as a family.

To this day Hugh and his son are still available. I can call them on the phone and say hey, I’d like to get a wrought iron guy in here to give me a bid on this or that and within hours I get a phone call with that number or information that I need.

I absolutely would recommend Hugh. For us this has been a very positive experience. You do not talk to a lot of people who say it has been a positive experience. Most people describe that process as a nightmare. And for us being able to be on time, under budget, the results speak for themselves in the beauty. It was just a positive experience for us. A lot of people can’t say that when they go through the process. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were very professional and they got us done when we needed to get it done.
